Leo DiCaprio, environmental genius
Well, gee, if Leo says so, you better do it, Mr. President. After all, he is surely an expert in the issue....no? Then I'm sure he has educated himself about all the issues, environmental and economic. No? Oh, he's a typical Hollywonk trying to stay in the camera's eye between films? That's what I thought.

Democratic war chests get boost from Hillary -- The Washington Times
Wait a minute--isn't this soft money? Isn't that bad? Oh, I see...only when it affects Republicans...
And since Enron and Worldcom are so evil, and any money they give is evil, surely someone giving even more is even more evil? You guessed it--not as long as it's given to a Dem. "[Corzines's] soft money donations nearly equal the soft money contributions of Enron Corp. and WorldCom combined — they have given a total of $850,000 in this cycle."
And wait, he took money and ran, too--
"chairman of the investment banking firm Goldman Sachs in New York, where he received $320 million in its stock by taking the company public before he retired in 1999. He spent more than $60 million on his Senate race in 2000."
But that gets final paragraph on a web column...Where's the outrage? Where's the Newsweek cover article?
